Mother must learn, therefore, how to work on their children. From time to time, for a few minutes several times a day, they can lift up their thoughts to God saying, "I want this child You have given to me Your true servant. I beg You to give me all the sublime elements which only You can provide, so that I can give them to him, otherwise he will come to no good and it won't be to his advantage, nor to Yours, nor to mine!"

In our teaching, the man and woman are also instructed in what state of mind  and in what state of purity they must prepare themselves to conceive a child. Yes, it is necessary to prepare the mother and the father even before conception; it must be explained to them how they must love each other, how they must make this exchange in order to call on the Cosmic Intelligence for assistance and to ask for the presence of the angels.

It is woman to hold the keys; they are capable of transforming humanity, and if they want to understand me, they will be an incredible power in the world. Nothing will be able to resist them. Women must understand me and join together in this fantastic ideal. One day the whole world will be peopled with extraordinary people - healthy, good and intelligent - and it can be done simply through the power that nature gave to the woman. Nature has given the woman powers which at the present time she is not exploiting at all or exploiting poorly. She must become aware of these powers, she must know that the future of mankind depends on her.

I view of the situation I have described, I now make the following statement: All women, single or married, mothers of families or not, must now become conscious of their power and the sacred duty they have: to improve the world by contributing their inherent creative emanations to form a new collective body, the Kingdom of God on earth.

Through her milk, a mother gives her baby the love and tenderness which are vital to its proper development. This is why she must take care not to give it the breast when she is angry or in a negative frame of mind. Nursing mothers should be very vigilant and prepare themselves in advance so as to be in the best possible frame of mind when they feed their children. When a woman nurses her baby she must do so with conscious attention, thinking of him and talking to him and, in this way, she gives him something of her heart and soul, of her own quintessence. A child who is nourished in this way will love his mother for all eternity.

Parent and relations influence children a great deal. For this reason you should be careful never to leave your children with anyone who might tell them all kinds of bad things. When they are small, everything they see and hear leaves an imprint on them which will last all their lives. So, watch over your children and in fact if you can, you should choose their playmates and always know who they are with. Look back to your own childhood years and you will probably find the reasons for your present tastes and tendencies, your present behaviour. Childhood determines the whole of one's life. The impressions received in childhood can never be erased and this is why adults have such an immense responsibility. If a child is damaged by vulgarity and ugliness he will bear the mark of it for the rest of his life. Adults must keep a watch over themselves for fear of giving a child an impetus in the wrong direction.

The only way to get good results in education is for teachers and educators to be models for the children. The first and most important educators are parents, and if they betray their vocation, if they fail to practice what they preach, the children will very soon realize that something is not right; when this happens not only do the parents lose authority, but their children begin to follow their example. They learn that truth is a coin which has two sides: one for public consumption and one for private use and that you can do whatever you like as long as you do not lose face. They all practice deceit and fraud because this is the example they have before their eyes.
